The Art Room Studio is available for hourly rentals for rehearsals, performances, classes, & events. The studio features 450 sq feet of ample natural light & newly-installed marley flooring

There is no elevator.

"Boys" and "Girls" multi-stall bathrooms on the first floor. Single stall gender neutral bathroom in the basement of the building.

The building is old making the heating and cooling very unpredictable - please prepare for the weather.

The Art Room Studio is close to the 57 bus route, and about a 20 minute walk from the BSL Snyder stop.

Space includes: space heater, 2 box fans, a standing AC, 25 folding chairs, floor cushions, chalk boards, a table, outlets & clip lights, fluorescent lighting, bike rack, & bluetooth speaker.

HOW TO RENT
The Art Room Studio offers artists the option to rent The Art Room Studio by the hour.
How to book a rental:

Email us at artroomstudiophilly@gmail.com with the date/times for your rental, the rental rate you would like to use, and the purpose of your rental.

We will email you back to confirm if your rental dates/times are open, your rental cost total, and with a rental agreement contract for you to read, sign, and send back.

We will email to confirm your rental agreement contract has been received, your payment has been received, and that your rentals have been confirmed.
Rental rates

Ticketed Events/Classes: $30/hour

Non-Profit/Artist Rate: $12/hour

Bulk rate: $10/hr for rentals of 10+ hrs a month

Subsidized rent: $8/hr — for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Chronically Ill/Disabled, parents, and low-income artists.
